### **Job Responsibilities**
1. **Market analysis and product introduction**
- In-depth research on the Hong Kong Chinese herbal medicine and health supplement market, analysis of competitive product dynamics, customer needs and industry trends, and screening of competitive mainland products for local registration and introduction.
- Evaluate potential cooperative manufacturers (including Chinese herbal medicine and health food producers), lead product customization, contract manufacturing negotiations and cooperation agreement implementation.
2. **B-end customer development and maintenance**
- Expand Hong Kong local retail pharmacies, drugstores and chain channels, formulate stocking strategies and promote terminal sales growth, and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
3. **Online sales support**
- Assist in building cross-border e-commerce and direct mail platforms, link internal and external resources to optimize supply chain processes, and promote product sales to Chinese consumers.
4. **Business negotiation and resource integration**
- Lead and participate in business negotiations with manufacturers, distribution channels and customers, control cooperation terms and profit distribution, and ensure project profitability.
5. **Sales Strategy and Goal Management**
- Develop annual sales plans and execute them, monitor sales data and market feedback, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to achieve performance targets.

### **Job Requirements**
- **Education background**: Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceutical science, marketing, business management, and other related fields.
- **Industry experience**:
- More than 3 to 5 years of pharmaceutical sales or health supplement industry experience, familiar with Hong Kong's Chinese medicine market policies and regulations and registration procedures, those who are familiar with Hong Kong's Chinese medicine market policies and regulations and registration procedures are preferred;
- Have B-end customer development and large customer management success cases, those with Hong Kong local pharmacy and drugstore channel resources are better.
- **Core Competencies**:
- Sharp market insight, able to independently complete market analysis reports and propose feasible suggestions;
- Excellent business negotiation skills and cross-departmental collaboration ability;
- Proficient in data analysis tools, skilled in formulating sales strategies and implementing them.
