Main responsibilities

• Develop and manage professional beauty salons, medical aesthetics centers and wholesale channels

• Develop and implement quarterly and annual sales plans

• Discover market opportunities and expand your business map

• Establish and maintain stable customer relationships, improve customer retention and repurchase rates

• Collaborate with the marketing department to push new product launches and promotional activities

• Provide product training and professional advice to customers

• Analyze sales data and market trends, and optimize sales strategies

Job Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in beauty/skincare products/sales

• Have a record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent customer management and negotiation skills

• Data analysis ability and market sensitivity

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proactive and positive, goal-oriented and independent work ability
