Assistant Building Surveyor (Renovation and Maintenance)

• Job Description

-Assisting in ensuring that all work is in full compliance with relevant statutory requirements and regulations, as well our client's needs. Also ensuring compliance the relevant records and systems requirements of the Company

-Co-ordinate with contractors, property management and tenants

-Manage projects on building maintenance and renovation works

-Supervise skilled labourers & sub-contractors for in-house maintenance & contracted-out work

• Requirement

- Holder of Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma in Building Studies, Civil Engineering, Building Services or other comparable alternative qualification

-Good in Spoken and written English and Chinese

-Holder of valid Safety Card

-Hand-on experience of AutoCAD is preferred.
