Robotics Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• On-site Support & Repair: Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and mechanical/electrical repairs of robotic products at customer locations (including indoor and outdoor environments).

• Technical Support: Provide timely technical assistance to customers and resolve hardware/software issues on-site.

• Demonstration & Training: Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for agents and end-users.

• R&D Liaison: Feedback field failure data and hardware issues to the R&D team to assist in product validation and improvement.

• Process Optimization: Assist in streamlining overseas and local after-sales service workflows.

• Travel: Occasional business trip may be required when necessary.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Hands-on Skills: Strong hands-on ability; experience with hand tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment is highly preferred.

• Working Permit: Have full working rights in Hong Kong.

• Language: Fluency in Cantonese (a must) and English; conversational Mandarin.

• Soft Skills: Proactive, team-oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to respond quickly to customer needs.

• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in field service or robotics is an advantage; Fresh graduates are also welcome.
