**Job Description:**
1. Provide professional financial planning and risk assessment services to customers
2. Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer needs, and provide after-sales service.
3. Analyze market dynamics and industry trends, and customize insurance solutions for customers.
4. Complete the company's sales targets and business indicators, and actively participate in team training and activities.
5. Comply with the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (IA) and company compliance requirements to ensure business operations comply with legal norms.
**Position requirements:**
1. Hong Kong permanent resident or holding a valid work visa, aged 18 or above.
2. Secondary School (DSE) or above, those with insurance and financial related experience are preferred.
3. Need to pass the Hong Kong Insurance Intermediary Qualification Examination (IIQE Part 1, Part 2 or Part 3), no license is required for those who provide training.
