Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling all the paperwork related to car insurance, including document sorting, follow-up and customer communication.
2. Complete general administrative tasks, such as inputting insurance policy information, applying for restricted area passes, and handling vehicle registration and insurance-related matters.
3. Assist in warehouse operations, including goods loading and unloading, warehouse sorting and maintenance of warehouse order and cleanliness.
4. Support the supervisor to complete regular goods inventory, and use computer systems to record and statistics product warehouse data to ensure accuracy.
5. Combine office and warehouse skills to flexibly respond to different types of work tasks and ensure smooth company operations.
Requirements:
1. Have basic computer operating skills, familiar with common office software (such as Microsoft Office) to support word processing and data entry work.
2. Knowledge of vehicle license plate and insurance related procedures is preferred, as it allows for quick integration into the workplace environment.
3. Be in good health and able to handle the manual labor involved in warehouse work, such as moving lightweight items and organizing shelves.
4. Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to maintain efficient interaction with colleagues and external customers.
5. Work carefully and responsibly, and be able to maintain high efficiency and accuracy in a multitasking environment.
