Job Description

Onsite support for AV/IT projects;
Assist in configuration and troubleshooting for AV/IT related devices;
Communication with teammates and customers to complete project requirements;
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines;
Team player; polite; willing to learn;
Fresh graduates will also be considered; On the job training will be provided;
High proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and english.
Knowledge of video conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex) is a plus
Knowledge of general office IT facilities (O365, Windows Server, NAS) is a plus
