<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li></li> <li>The delivery scope mainly includes databases, but is not limited to the following one or more directions of various hardware devices, software and services: such as computing, storage, networking, application software, etc.;</li> <li>Database-related technical issues consultation and resolution;</li> <li>Responsible for providing database-related training to customers, completing project acceptance work;</li> <li>Responsible for problem localization, functional verification and upgrade handling in the delivery implementation process, timely connecting internal resources, discovering and solving implementation problems;</li> <li>Responsible for organizing feedback and customer communication process requirements, and continuously optimizing delivery solutions and service processes;</li> <li>Continuously accumulate and enhance delivery capabilities, including network architecture, construction process, product delivery capability, and customer service capability;</li> <li>Maintain technical communication with IT vendors in various fields, quickly learn advanced delivery technologies/solutions from vendors, establish good partnerships, and achieve win-win complementarity through friendly cooperation;</li> </ul> <p>Able to actively participate in the vendor-related technical training arranged by the company and pass the vendor-related certification.</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Graduation from a related professional program (not required, but a plus);</li> <li>3 years or more of IT industry B toB work experience (including at least 2 years of IT post-sales delivery and implementation work experience);</li> <li>Good oral, written and expressive skills, English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and willing to deal with people of different levels;</li> <li>Familiar with the installation, maintenance, common configuration, common problems or technologies of one or more database products, such as Oracle, DB2, MySQL, SQL Server, Dacheng database, OceanBase, Renmin University of China database, NanDong General database, TiDB, TDSQL, centralized database, distributed database, graph database, caching database, document database, key-value database, etc.;</li> <li>Have professional pre-sales ability, post-sales delivery and implementation ability, clear logic, good communication skills, able to quickly learn, identify needs, diagnose problems and provide solutions;</li> <li>Positive attitude, maintain curiosity, good self-awareness and continuous self-improvement desire;</li> <li>Have good project management and organizational and coordination skills, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure;</li> <li></li> <li>Have relevant IT technical certifications (not required, but a plus);</li> <li>During delivery and implementation, identify and feed back customer's new requirements in a timely manner;</li> <li>Assist in maintaining customer relationships (optional, bonus)</li> <li>Familiar with, but not limited to, the following mainstream IT technologies/domains: operating systems, network communication, databases, cloud computing, hyper-convergence, virtualization, application delivery (load balancing), DNS, big data, AI, smart office, smart city, etc.;</li> <li></li> </ul>
