大量兼職 (屯門) csl./1O1O Phone Sales Manager (Renewal Department)

• Working location: Tseung Kwan O Yuet Fong Industrial Building

• Hourly rate of $50, plus commission

• Monthly need to work 64 hours

• New colleagues are required to undergo a continuous 5-day on-the-job training at the Tseung Kwan O office (9:00-18:00)

• Improve on-the-job training

• Good office work environment

Responsibilities:

• Through telephone contact with existing customers to follow up on renewal services, as well as to promote other products and services, such as csl., 1O1O, online banking, nowTV and home phone, etc.

• Call list is provided by the company, no need for cold call

• Follow company policies and procedures, timely follow up and complete each task and strive to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Grade Five or above / Secondary School Diploma

• Actively and positively assist customers and promote sales

• Have good listening, communication and sales skills

• Have good software application experience
