Assistant Account Manager (Event / Exhibition)

Job Descriptions:

• To explore and develop new business opportunities to achieve the sales target;
• To create and implement interactive solutions for clients needs;
• To build and maintain a strong relationship with major clients;
• Preparing proposals and lead a team to close the deal with prospects in a professional manner;
• Able to quickly adapt to changing situations and take on new challenges;
• Develop event concepts, initiate creative ideas, innovative program elements management, prepare post-event report;
• Coach and mentor team members;
• Participates in special projects when necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in marketing, communications, or related field;
• Minimum 3 yearsrelevantworking experience;
• Able to initiate or demonstrate strong personal sales to function independently and lead of a team;
• Proactive and self-controlled work ethic;
• Good presentation, communication and organization skills; resources planning skills and creative thinking is essential;
• Good organizational and excellent time management skills;
• Self-motivated, creative, energetic and aggressive;
• Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese & English;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered asAccount Servicing Manager.
