Assist in market activity execution, data processing, social media support, suppliers and media liaison
Assist in the planning and execution of various market promotion activities, including preliminary preparation, on-site support and post-event effectiveness analysis, to ensure that the event is successfully achieved the expected goals.
Responsible for daily market data collection, sorting and archiving, building and maintaining an activity database, and supporting continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
Collaborate with a team to operate social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.), write post copy, schedule posts, and monitor interaction data to enhance brand exposure and fan engagement.
Act as a bridge between internal and external communication, coordinate and liaise with advertising agencies, printing suppliers, media partners and KOLs, follow up on cooperation details and delivery progress.
Support cross-department marketing and communication projects, including design and coordination of promotional materials, writing of news releases, creation of presentations, and meeting minutes.
Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to express yourself fluently in speech and writing; understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.
Have basic knowledge and enthusiasm for market marketing, welcome inexperienced applicants, the company provides systematic on-the-job training and mentorship.
Careful and proactive, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multiple tasks and deliver them on time, with basic time management and priority judgment skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common social media platform back-end; those with basic image editing (such as Canva) or data analysis concepts are especially good.
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid High Talent Pass, Outstanding Talent Pass, IANG, Dependents' Visa or other legitimate work visa in Hong Kong.
