<div>Job Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li>Responsible for the daily operation of the grid store, including rotating shifts to guard the store and ensure that it is normally open and runs smoothly during business hours</li> <li>Assist in handling customer inquiries and services, provide friendly and professional shopping support, and enhance customer satisfaction</li> <li>Manage the display situation of each rented grid, and regularly check whether the goods are placed according to the regulations and clean requirements</li> <li>Execute basic administrative affairs, such as recording rent payment status, updating tenant information, and notifying renewal matters</li> <li>Maintain a clean and safe store environment, pay attention to whether fire prevention equipment and monitoring systems are working normally</li> </ul> </div> <div>Work requirements<br> <ul> <li>Secondary school graduation or above, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, able to clearly fill out records and communicate</li> <li>Honest and reliable, sense of responsibility, able to independently execute tasks and abide by company discipline</li> <li>Have good communication skills, be able to interact with tenants and customers in a friendly manner, and handle simple disputes</li> <li>Understand basic computer operations, able to use electronic spreadsheets or word processing software for simple data input</li> <li>Shift work is required, including day and night shifts, and occasionally on holidays or public holidays</li> </ul> </div>
