Customer service representative
Responsibilities:
•Provide excellent customer service, build and maintain good customer relationships
•Handling customer inquiries, arranging appointments, and following up on pre-sales and post-sales services
• Explain policy details and related information to customers
•Assist with daily operations, handle customer data updates and archiving work
Requirements:
•DSE/College Entrance Examination Five Subjects Qualified (including Chinese or English and Mathematics)
•Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
•Have good communication skills
•No relevant experience is necessary, suitable for those who are interested in customer service
Benefits and remuneration:
• Salary: $20000 - $25000
•Holiday: 14 days of annual leave + 1 day of birthday leave, bank holidays
•Office hours: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off), 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
