Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing professional service for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.

• Handle customers enquiries, communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.

• Project development, prototypes and delivery follow up.

• Issue and follow up quotations, order details following up until shipment completed.

• Monitoring production status and order status to meet shipment deadline.

• Handling complaints and negotiations.

• Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.

• Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.

• Maintaining a database of contact information.

• Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.

• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Occasional travel to PRC will be required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering ,Design or a related field

• 3 years of Sales, Marketing, or Account Management experience; coordinator in factory with relevant working experience is generally preferred.

• Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.

• The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.

• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
