Promotion and registration assistant (government contract)

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Set up and support promotional booths</li><li>Handle promotional materials, forms, and logistics work</li><li>Coordinate with the venue and coordinate volunteers</li><li>Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Hong Kong Secondary School Entrance Examination/Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination Chinese and English subjects at Level 2 or above, or equivalent academic qualifications</li><li>Prefer candidates with one year of full-time customer service experience</li><li>Have basic computer knowledge</li><li>Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English; those who understand Mandarin are even better</li><li>Have good communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>
