Customer service recruitment position:

(1) Customer/ Senior Customer Service Officer (Full-time) - Tseung Kwan O (up to $25K, no need for sales)

Responsibilities:

· Process customer inquiries/complaints related to MPF platforms (no need for sales or investment advice)

· Provide timely answers through multiple channels (phone, email, real-time chat) to enhance overall customer satisfaction

· Follow all monitoring and service regulations to ensure the hotline center runs smoothly

· Improve on-the-job training and promotion ladders

Working location: Chuen Wan

Working hours:

· Monday to Friday 09:00 - 19:00 (daily 8-8.5 hours shift)

· Saturday 09:00 - 13:00 (long and short weeks)

(2) Customer Service Officer (Full-time) - Theme Park/Passenger services

Responsibilities:

· Provide professional customer service through phone, email and/or instant messaging, including but not limited to ticketing and reservation services

· Timely handling of complaint calls and cases

· Maintain good relations with customers

· Welcome fresh graduates to apply, with at least one year of customer service-related experience / those who have completed hotel management or related courses are preferred

Working location:Upper Heng (5-minute walk from the subway station)

Working hours:Monday to Sunday shift, 09:00- 21:00 (Five days work, 8.5 hours per day)

(3) Customer Service Officer (Full-time) - Virtual Bank

Responsibilities:

· Process customer inquiries through phone, email, and instant messaging,Maintain good relationships with customers

· Maintain high levels of service standards

· Welcome applicants with customer service background, hotline operators or bank employees

· Priority will be given to those with IIQE Volume 1 and 2 or HKSI Volume 1, 7 and 8

Working location: Chai Wan

Working hours:Monday to Sunday shift, 09:00- 21:00 (Five days work, 8.5 hours per day)

(4) Insurance Appointment Officer (Makati)

Responsibilities:

· Through warm call to schedule existing customers of the company (excluding sales work, only for sales team to schedule customers), allowing the team to introduce and promote insurance products during the meeting

· Achieve personal and team sales targets

Working hours:

· Monday to Friday 10:00 - 19:00

(5) Customer Service Officer (Full-time) - Private Assistant Service/Japanese#

Responsibilities:

· Process customer inquiries through phone and online channels (such as online chat, email) and assist with various services, such as golf course reservations, dining reservations, overseas travel support and telephone service plans,

· Perform other assigned tasks as required by the company

· If you apply for a Japanese position, you need to have N2 level or above Japanese ability#

Working location:Siu Sai Bay (near the first city station / Shishan station)

Working hours:Monday to Sunday shift, 14:00 - 00:00 (8 - 9 hours per day)

(6) Customer Service Officer (Part-time) - Tseung Kwan O ($90+/hour, no need for sales)

Responsibilities:

· Process customer inquiries/complaints related to MPF platforms (no need for sales or investment advice)

· Provide timely answers through multiple channels (phone, email, real-time chat) to enhance overall customer satisfaction

· Follow all monitoring and service regulations to ensure the hotline center runs smoothly

Working hours:

(7) Customer Service Officer (Part-time) - Ching Kee Easy Service Center ($100/hourly wage, no need for sales)

Responsibilities:

· Provide front desk services to immediate and scheduled customers

· Effectively process and follow up MPF/MPF Easy related inquiries and complaints

· Assist customers in using self-service machines or mobile devices, opening and managing MPF Easy platform accounts

· Familiar with using mobile apps and computer systems to search for information

· Provide compliant and high-quality customer service according to company guidelines and regulatory requirements

· Maintain and coordinate the flow of people in the service center to ensure smooth operation

Working location:Wanchai/Cheung Sha Wan/Tsim Sha Tsui

Part-time work hours:

· Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 ; Work 1-2 days per week

(8) Customer Service Officer (Part-time) ($60/hour, no need for sales)

Responsibilities:

· Answer customer inquiries/surveys by phone

· No experience required, welcome fresh graduates/family housewives/redundant workers to join

Working location:Mobil

Working hours:Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (each week you can choose to work 2-3 days, with 6-8 hours per day)

Customer service position requirements:

· Hong Kong secondary school entrance examination or diploma or above

· Welcome fresh graduates, with customer service work experience preferred

· Good communication skills, patience, attention to detail, and team spirit

· Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese, and basic English understanding ability (it is better if you can speak fluent English or Mandarin)

· Understand Chinese and English typing and be familiar with common computer software applications

Sales recruitment position:

Hotline Center

(1) Telephone Sales Officer (Renewal Department) (Tseung Kwan O/Lai Chi Kok/Wong Tai Sin)

Responsibilities:

· Contact existing customers by phone, follow up on their renewal services, and at the same time introduce other suitable products and services, such as csl. , 1O1O, online travel, nowTV and home phone, etc.

Working hours:

· 42.5 hours (5-5.5 days/week) * depending on the shift schedule

· Monday to Friday 10:00-21:00

· Saturday 12:30-18:00 (returning every other week)

(2) Insurance Sales Supervisor (Mobil)

Responsibilities:

· Warm call existing customers of the company, introduce and promote insurance products

· Achieve personal and team sales targets

Working hours:

· Monday to Friday 10:00 - 19:00

(3) Online Sales Officer (Tseung Kwan O/ Mong Kok)

Responsibilities:

· Search for potential customers on online promotion platforms and actively promote our services and product discounts to them

· Provide personalized services to customers through various online channels, such as Facebook, instant messaging software, email, online chat, and other social media platforms, answer their questions and help them find the most suitable products and solutions

Working hours:

· 42.5 hours (5 days/week shift) *depending on the schedule

· Monday to Sunday 10:00-21:00

csl. / 1O1O store

(4) Store Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

· Committed to providing the best service experience for guests, caring for each customer with heart, and ensuring service quality meets the company's requirements with a professional attitude

· Professionally promote the company's various products and services, including mobile voice, mobile data, online banking, nowTV and smart home services, helping customers find the most suitable solution while achieving sales targets

· Provide personalized value-added services and application program suggestions based on customers’ needs, making their daily lives more convenient and enjoying a better experience

· Hong Kong Kowloon and New Territories various district branches (department supervisor will arrange for branch work (*need to cross district*)))

Working hours:

· One month, 6 days of monthly holiday

· Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 22:00 *depending on the schedule

(5) Mobile phone/smart device sales representative

Responsibilities:

· Process inquiries from guests regarding the use of smart devices, mobile devices, mobile broadband and other computer equipment, and provide advice

· Responsible for general sales and customer service work

· Assist in monitoring stock - patient and effectively handling customers’ inquiries

· Hong Kong Kowloon and New Territories various district branches (department supervisor will arrange for branch work (*need to cross district*)))

Working hours:

· One month, 6 days of monthly holiday

· Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 22:00 *depending on the schedule

Sales position requirements

· Equivalent to the Hong Kong Secondary School Entrance Examination or Diploma or above

· Customer-oriented, outgoing, positive thinking, patient, good communication skills

· Sales / customer service work experience is preferred

· Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese, and fluency in English or Mandarin is even better

· Welcome DSE graduates and career changers

· Interested in insurance sales/scheduling officer, must pass Insurance Broker Qualification Examination Part I and Part III (IIQE), with Part II given priority
