Phase 1: The Foundations (Month 1-4)
Master asset allocation, fund/equity screening, and ESG frameworks. Deliver your first market insight report in Simplified Chinese & English to the investment committee.Phase 2: The Rotation (Month 5-8)
Dive into the heat of Investment Research, Asset Management, and Private Client Advisory . Fuel discussions during critical rebalancing sessions for Greater China portfolios.Phase 3: The Command (Month 9-12)
Lead within a high-performing squad. Own proposals for assigned portfolios and hit your 12-month growth targets.
Who Thrives Here (The Blueprint)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above graduating on or before 30 June 2026 . (Open to all disciplines; STEM or Business background is an advantage).
Experience: Specifically designed for fresh graduates or early-career talents with up to 2 years of work experience.
Languages: Native-level fluency in Mandarin is a mandatory requirement. Professional proficiency in English and Cantonese.
Technical Fit: Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with Mainland China's digital ecosystems (WeChat, Wind, etc.) is a plus.
Mindset: High learning agility, resilience under pressure, and an absolute ownership mindset.
