Business Development Manager (Insurance, Bancassurance)
· Collaborate with Relationship Managers in branches to provide professional insurance solution to bank customers
· Pro-actively drive cross-selling activities based on customer needs to optimize sales opportunities and sustain relationship with customers
· Execute sales strategies and business plans to maximize bancassurance business
· Conduct sales coaching, monitor sales performance and motivate bank sales staff to attain business targets
· Build and develop relationship with banks and their sales force
· Ensure full compliance to banking policies and standards, industry rules and regulations
Requirements:
· University graduate in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines
· Minimum 3-6+ years of sales experience in bancassurance with sound knowledge on selling insurance products
· Independent, self-motivated, results and customer services oriented
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and coaching skills
· Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in insurance, preferably with qualification in FLMI and CFP
· Fluent in Mandarin
