Elevator maintenance supervisor

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and execute the maintenance, inspection, repair and annual inspection work of elevators and escalators

· Investigate the cause of equipment failure and solve the problem

· Arrange manpower allocation, as well as training and managing employees

· Ensure equipment meets safety standards and implement necessary safety measures

· Write maintenance reports and equipment inspection records

· Maintain good communication with customers and provide technical support

Requirements:

· Must hold a registered lift/elevator engineering personnel license

· More than 6 years of relevant work experience

· Familiar with the installation and operation of elevators/lifts and automatic stairs

· Have experience in managing a work team

· Able to read and write Chinese

· Have good communication skills and a diligent work attitude
