(I) Operation management:

1. Project planning and promotion: Responsible for the overall project planning, formulate detailed plans, clarify objectives, division of labor, time nodes and delivery standards. Lead the whole process management, coordinate research and development, product, sales and other departments to ensure the project is advanced according to the plan, solve problems, and achieve high-quality delivery.

2. Operation data monitoring and analysis: Build a data monitoring system, collect and analyze key data such as robot operation efficiency, system failure rate, cost and customer satisfaction, mine problems and risks, put forward optimization plans, and improve operational benefits.

3. Customer relationship maintenance and expansion: Communicate closely with customers, provide professional consulting and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Improve loyalty through quality service, explore potential business and promote business growth.

4. Industry trend tracking and strategy adjustment: Pay attention to industry policies, technologies and competitive situation, regularly compile reports, assist management to adjust operation strategies according to industry changes, and maintain project competitiveness.

(2) After-sales management:

1. Build and optimize the after-sales system: Build an after-sales system covering fault response, maintenance process and spare parts management, and continuously optimize it according to customer feedback and industry trends to ensure efficient after-sales work.

2. After-sales team management: reasonably allocate tasks of the after-sales team, organize skills training, implement performance assessment, and improve the technical level and work efficiency of the team.

3. Handling customer after-sales problems: Handling customer after-sales complaints and technical problems, coordinating multiple departments to formulate solutions and follow up, collecting after-sales data feedback to R&D, helping to optimize product quality, and maintaining brand image.

job requirements:

1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above, computer science, automation and other related majors are preferred.

2. Work experience: more than 5 years of project operation experience, at least 3 years in the robot and unmanned driving industry or related fields, familiar with the whole process of products, successful cases of complex project management.

3. Professional skills: Proficient in project management tools such as Project, able to use Excel for data analysis, and have solid industry technical knowledge.

4. Ability: Strong communication and coordination, organization and planning, execution ability, keen market insight and ability to work under pressure.

5. Other requirements: able to travel.

5. Other requirements: Able to adapt to a certain amount of travel.
