- Assist with the processing of house transfer, loan, property rights inquiry, etc.,
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide follow-up services
Requirements and abilities
- Communication and negotiation skills: Need to have good interpersonal communication skills and persuasion power
- Market sensitivity: Understand local real estate market dynamics and policy regulations
- Stress resistance and execution: able to withstand performance pressure, and actively and proactively complete sales targets
