Core work content

- Customer reception and consultation

- Receive visitors or calls from customers, understand their purchasing or renting needs

- Provide professional real estate advice and market analysis

- Matching properties with customers

- Recommend suitable properties to customers based on their needs

- Assist in arranging house viewing trips and accompany customers to view houses in person

- Facilitating transactions

- Assist both parties in price negotiation and term and condition discussions

- Assist in the signing of purchase or lease contracts, and follow up on the transaction process

- After-sales and services

- Assist with the processing of house transfer, loan, property rights inquiry, etc.,

- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide follow-up services

Requirements and abilities

- Communication and negotiation skills: Need to have good interpersonal communication skills and persuasion power

- Market sensitivity: Understand local real estate market dynamics and policy regulations

- Stress resistance and execution: able to withstand performance pressure, and actively and proactively complete sales targets

- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to complete team tasks
