We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic amusement park employees to join our team and provide unforgettable sports experiences for customers at our Japanese-themed indoor sports amusement park!
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide customers to ensure they have a good experience
- Actively answer customer inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order within the park
- Monitor the safety of amusement facilities to ensure proper operation
- Help organize special events and promotional activities
- Handle customer feedback and complaints to improve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Guide guests through game projects while ensuring their safety
Requirements for Employment:
- Completed secondary education or above
- Prior experience in the service industry or retail preferred
- Good customer service attitude, friendly and warm-hearted
- Fluent Cantonese speaker, English and Mandarin communication skills preferred
- Team spirit, able to adapt flexibly to work needs
- Immediate availability for employment considered preferable
