Responsible for maintain and support all IT technical aspects at hotel
Daily operations of computer, system and software implementation, relocation and backup
Support the IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, application software and configurations for the hotel
To maintain and perform periodical checking on all computerized systems to ensure that they are operating smoothly in both the Front Office, F&B reception and Back Office at all times
To assist implementing, monitoring and maintaining the computer security and both internal or external network security
To maintain records of System User Codes, programming code and Passwords
To perform inventory control of IT facilities, software licensing, record keeping & documentations
To perform any other tasks, including shift duties, if required as assigned by the Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or equivalent in IT field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Information Technology
Solid knowledge of Hotel or Catering Systems and Property Management Systems will be an advantage
Sound Knowledge in Programming such as Excel VBA, VBScript
Good command in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Good Team Player with good communication, self-driven and strong sense of responsibility
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
