<p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the Group’s Vision, Values, and EOS Rocks.</li><li>Ensure consistent HR operational procedures across recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and training at a corporate level.</li><li>Leverage HR data analytics for strategic decision-making and process improvement. Optimize HRIS and other software for data management, reporting, and operational tasks.</li><li>Lead and oversee local HR teams in their responsibilities across a full spectrum of HR functions.</li><li>Support talent development and management projects, including succession planning and appraisal frameworks.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong> Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and cross-checking.</li><li>Strong data analysis skills with experience or interest in applying AI to HR solutions.</li><li>Ambitious, adaptive, and socially adept with excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Willingness for frequent travel and potential regional exposures. Prior regional experience is a plus.</li><li>Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred, but not a must.</li><li>Experience with WeCom and dashboards is a plus.</li><li>Experience in Organizational Development (OD) projects is a strong advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.</li><li>Immediate availability is highly preferred.</li><li>Less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager.</li><li> Fluent in Putonghua, English & Cantonese</li></ul>
