Health Project Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting marketing and healthcare-related research.

• Perform desktop research and maintain/update reference materials to support promotional and dental programmes.

• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of healthcare and dental promotion activities and events.

• Liaise and collaborate with NGOs, partner organizations, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.

• Provide executive and administrative support, including meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up actions.

• Deliver on-site support during promotional events and outreach activities when required.

Requirements

• Level 2 or above in Chinese and English in HKCEE/HKDSE, or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience, including 2 years in healthcare.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience in NGOs and/or dental services preferred.

• Background in marketing, event organization, and healthcare project support.

• Familiar with digitalization tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.

• Knowledge of Government or public healthcare/dental services is an advantage.
