Co-organize company internal meetings, employee activities and holiday celebrations, including venue arrangement, material preparation, process coordination and on-site support, to ensure smooth event execution.
Manage employee attendance records (including timecard system maintenance and abnormal verification), access card issuance and collection, employee files and administrative documents classification, archiving and confidential storage.
Handle daily administrative support tasks such as visitor registration, mail reception, initial review of expenses, cross-departmental coordination and liaison, etc., to enhance overall logistics service efficiency and quality.
Work requirements:
Have secondary school diploma or above, less than one year of relevant administrative or logistics work experience is also acceptable; those with internship or campus activity planning experience are especially good.
High sense of responsibility and attention to detail, able to independently plan work priorities, handle multiple tasks and deliver results on time.
Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to communicate and write in Mandarin and basic English (such as emails, quotations, notifications, etc.)
Must meet Hong Kong's legal work qualifications, and accept applications from Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other valid work permit.
