Job Responsibilities:
· Perform receptionist duties including answering phone calls, visitors greeting, mail and courier arrangement, and meeting room appointment etc.
· Order office supplies such as stationery and pantry supplies, printing, maintenance of office equipment etc
· Manage employees' leave record and conference room booking
· Handle expense claim and maintain filing system
· Responsible for organizing company events and staff activities
· Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or above in related discipline
· At least 3 years’ relevant work experience
· Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
· Good command of both written and oral English, Cantonese and Putonghua
· Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office
· Good communication skills, detail-minded, responsible, self-motivated
· Able to work independently and under pressure
· Immediate availability is highly preferred
