Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the operation and promotion of the brand on Xiaohongshu (content planning, publication, interaction), improving its influence;
* Approximately every two weeks, go to the Shenzhen printing house to assist the designer in communication and translation (Chinese and English);
* Propose sales and marketing promotion suggestions to assist brand growth.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Mandarin and English (with Cantonese being even better) ;
* Passionate about the fashion/ clothing industry, with good communication skills and affinity;
* Priority will be given to those with retail, brand promotion or new media operation experience;
* Brand Operations Manager: Need at least 5 years of relevant experience, able to independently develop and implement strategies;
* Brand Operations Officer: Those with less experience can also apply, and the company will give them a corresponding position based on their abilities.
