Project Coordinator

<p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Assist contract managers in supervising and coordinating engineering services to ensure that projects are completed on time and of high quality</p></li><li><p>Execute various tasks assigned by the superior, coordinate the progress of different types of work within the construction site</p></li><li><p>Participate in project planning and progress follow-up, ensure construction meets safety standards and customer requirements</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Degree/Higher Diploma/High Certificate in Building Service or Air-conditioning or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering</p></li><li><p>Have at least five years of relevant engineering services field qualifications before supervisory work experience</p></li><li><p>Familiar with the operation principle and maintenance technology of air conditioning and ventilation systems</p></li><li><p>Have good communication skills, be able to effectively collaborate with customers and team members</p></li><li><p>Able to work independently and take responsibility, with the ability to analyze and solve problems</p></li><li><p>Working in the Tseung Kwan O District and Western New Territories, able to adapt to the local construction site environment and field work</p></li></ul>
