Head of Mobile Engineering（based in Hangzhou）

Duties:

- Participate in the company's APP product construction, responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android;

- Comprehensive understanding of the APP technology ecosystem involved in daily R&D, able to proficiently apply technical solutions to business problems, and ensure end-side experience indicators through systematization means;

- Continuously monitor mobile and cross-platform technology trends, explore and practice AI technology in the APP field, and continuously improve R&D efficiency and product intelligence level;

- Have good team management skills, responsible for building, leading and cultivating APP technical teams, and pushing continuous improvement in team engineering efficiency and technical quality.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English, those who have overseas study, living or work experience are preferred;

- Bachelor's degree or above, solid computer fundamentals, self-motivation and good logical thinking ability;

- Familiar with Flutter technology stack, with large-scale Flutter application development and architecture experience, paying attention to the forefront of Flutter community, and able to reasonably introduce new features and best practices;

- Have App performance optimization experience, including package size optimization, cold start optimization, page rendering and interaction performance tuning, etc., and be able to continuously improve user experience through tools and data metrics;

Have excellent code awareness and engineering capabilities, with practical experience in designing and implementing end-side technical solutions;

- Familiar with technology, have good self-learning and technical abstraction abilities, and be able to improve team R&D efficiency through tools and processes;

- Have a certain understanding of AI-related cutting-edge technologies, those who have AI tool R&D or integration experience are preferred;

- Optimistic and cheerful, strong in communication and collaboration, and able to efficiently promote cross-team and cross-cultural collaboration;

- Annual 1-2 trips to the European headquarters or related teams for technical exchange and project collaboration.
