Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily checks and basic maintenance of pinball machines in the store to ensure normal operation of gaming equipment.
Provide clear instructions and game guidance to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Assist in handling customer point redemption or prize matters, accurately complete the transaction process.
Maintain the store's cleanliness and order, and clean the game machine and public area regularly.
Assist the store manager in implementing promotional activities or promoting the launch of new machines.

Work requirements

Aged 18 or above, with good communication skills, and able to greet customers of different types with a polite attitude.
Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, understand simple mathematical calculations, and be able to handle cash and electronic payment transactions.
Responsibility and team spirit, adaptable to shift work, including night and holiday shifts.
No experience required, company provides on-the-job training; those with retail or service industry experience are given priority.
Interested in video games or arcade games, willing to learn new machine operations and rules.
