<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Microsoft 365 Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Platform, and Copilot. Proven ability to manage and optimize M365 tenant configurations, licensing, and user provisioning.</li><li>Intune & Endpoint Management: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Intune (MAM/MDM), including policy creation, device compliance, and support for both corporate and BYOD environments.</li><li>Identity & Access Management: Strong understanding of hybrid identity models, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), conditional access policies, MFA, and SSO integrations.</li><li>Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience supporting cloud-native and hybrid environments, including Azure services, SaaS integrations, troubleshooting performance, connectivity, and authentication issues.</li><li>Security & Compliance: Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Defender for Endpoint, and security baselines. Ability to implement and maintain security policies, data loss prevention (DLP), and compliance configurations.</li><li>Networking Fundamentals: Solid grasp of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues impacting cloud services.</li><li>Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell (preferred) and/or Python for automation, reporting, and administrative tasks.</li><li>OS & Device Support: Expert-level support for Windows 10/11, remote support tools, and software deployment strategies across distributed environments.</li><li>ITIL & Service Management: Practical experience with ITIL frameworks, including incident, problem, and change management processes.</li><li>Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (preferred); other relevant Microsoft or Azure certifications are a plus.</li></ul>
