Position Description:
Responsibility for expanding market share through sales development in a designated area and growing sales in both new and existing accounts. Capable of addressing customer product needs specifically. English proficiency required as the working language.
Duties:
1. Identify new customers or critical markets within the region, formulate strategies, and establish relationships.
2. Maintain and promote connections with key customer contacts that could influence new product opportunities and address existing business challenges.
3. Follow up on customer inquiries, provide quotes, and present sales proposals.
4. Lead buying trips, collaborate with procurement teams to conduct market analyses, and determine item/factory development strategies.
5. Participate in sales meetings, prepare sales presentations, and deliver speeches fluently in English.
6. Possess the ability to professionally resolve customer service disputes while consistently applying company policies.
7. Foster a strong sense of teamwork and high productivity.
8. Prepare monthly reports to keep the sales manager well-informed about the status of all upcoming initiatives.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration with English proficiency is mandatory. Preference given to candidates with overseas educational background or work experience.
2. At least 3 years of sales experience in foreign trade business.
3. Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Proactive and goal-oriented.
5. Willingness to work diligently and independently motivated.
6. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
