We are looking for a high calibre professional to join our Sales Department as Manager, Business Development and Sales. Key responsibilities include:
Lead Sales Team to manage the overall operation efficiency and quality requirement to meet the related sales objectives and customer service standards;
Plan and implement sales activities to achieve company targets for maintaining profitability;
Develop constructive business partnerships to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities;
Identify potential customers and and explore new business opportunities in both new and existing customers to achieve personal goals and hit Sales Team target;
Prepare timely sales activities reports to better analyze, strategize and capture market share;
Train and coach sales force by engaging prospects with team members to acquire new business and/or close business;
Maintain knowledge of competitors activities and client base, customer concerns and market trends and to make recommendations/implement sales action plans to move market share;
Work with other departments with fluent communication and team work;
Support CEO to formulate annual business objectives to ensure sustainable growth;
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned. Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor degree holder or above in related disciplines;
Solid managerial experience in planning and implementing sales strategies;
Proven sales track record, preferably in the renovation industry;
Familiar and enthusiastic with residential/commercial renovation projects and interior design;
Possess strong business development background and people-sensitive mindset;
Ability to succeed in a team environment as a good team player and deliver timely results for a fast-paced environment;
Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English, Putonghua is a plus;
Innovative with strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, mature, detail-minded and out-going with good business acumen;
Able to manage multitasks and handle challenging situations, with strong project management skills;
Organized, structured, agile, comfortable in an entrepreneurial and changing environment;
Expert of Google Spreadsheet (pivot tables) and at ease with CRM for data analysis;
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office skills;
Familiar/passionate with residential/commercial renovation, interior design or construction;
A passion for building a better business for Hong Kong and the world, with an understanding of sustainable development is a bonus;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager;
