Responsiblitily:
1. Assist players, including VIP players across multiple channels, such as in-game message, email, and social media, to increase customer engagement and retention.
2. Ability to read/interpret reports. Analyze user behavior data to identify and resolve anomalies and enhance user engagement.
3. Maintain awareness of project status and conduct surveys to gather user feedback, providing a basis for product optimization and operational decisions.
