Your Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a strategic liaison between business units, product teams, and development teams across the group. You will ensure business needs are clearly defined, well-documented, and accurately translated into deliverable solutions that exceed internal expectations and regulatory standards.
You will lead the front end of the project lifecycle — from requirement intake, analysis, and solution design — and continue to support through QA, UAT coordination, and final validation. Your mission is not only to deliver "as requested," but to act as a solution owner and ensure what we build is scalable, efficient, and ready for future growth.
Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Business Teams) to identify new business needs, regulatory requirements, and enhancement requests.
Work closely with Product and Development teams to evaluate feasibility, define scope, and align on implementation direction. Later, coordinate with QA and business teams for UAT and sign-off.
Design scalable and future-proof solutions that address needs across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Translate business requirements into actionable documentation — user stories, process flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct workflow analysis and recommend optimizations aligned with platform strategy and compliance obligations.
Documentation & Project Delivery
Draft and maintain BRDs, MRDs, and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure clear traceability between requirements and delivered functionality; maintain version control of all key artifacts.
Facilitate PRD walkthroughs with business stakeholders and ensure alignment before development.
Provide support to Business, Product, Development, and QA teams during sprint execution and UAT.
Domain Expertise & Regulatory Awareness
Stay informed on regional and global brokerage regulations, industry practices, and platform impact.
Understand and document operational processes such as order execution, funding, settlement, SBL, and structured product lifecycle.
Act as a knowledge bridge across business, product, and technical teams — driving aligned decision-making and delivery quality.
