<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of hardware and software issues reported by clients</p></li><li><p>Provide remote and on-site support to users, guiding them through technical problems and implementing solutions</p></li><li><p>Maintain detailed records of all support activities and incidents, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting</p></li><li><p>Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to coordinate issue resolution and management</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall IT support experience</p></li><li><p>Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools and industry trends to enhance your technical expertise</p></li></ol><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Relevant experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry</p></li><li><p>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve a wide range of technical issues</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with common hardware, software, and networking technologies</p></li><li><p>Proactive and customer-focused approach, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional IT support</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and priorities tasks effectively</p></li></ol>
