• Responsible for the cleaning, disinfection, and proper placement of all tableware, cookware, and kitchen utensils before and after restaurant operations;

• Keep the dishwashing area and its surrounding work area clean and dry, regularly clean the filter, drain and equipment surface to ensure compliance with hygiene standards;

• Assist kitchen colleagues with food preparation, utensil classification, and warehouse sorting;

• Follow the restaurant's internal operating rules and food safety guidelines, and actively report equipment malfunctions or shortages of cleaning supplies.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, understand simple written instructions and oral work assignments;

• No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, welcome newcomers to apply, the company will provide on-the-job training and operational guidance;

• Good physical condition, able to adapt to long hours of standing, repetitive movements, and a hot and humid kitchen environment;

• Careful and diligent, with a basic sense of responsibility and teamwork awareness.

• Monthly salary of HKD$21,000, clear and stable pay, no probationary period deduction;

• Paid overtime allowance based on actual overtime hours, calculated in accordance with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
