HR Manager - HK real estate group

The position will be working closely with the Management at Group level. The role will have support from other teams on various tasks.

Job duties:

• Act as the HR team leader to provide keyHR functions in C&B, recruitment, manpower planning, etc
• Review and develop different compensation & benefits programs to maintain competitiveness
• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
• Implement efficient recruitment strategies proactively to recruit talent
• Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources management, or any business discipline
• Minimum of 7 - 10 years of relevent HR experience, experience in lean structure environment is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a range of strategic projects while maintaining a practical and hands-on approach
• A change agent, resilience and with positive mindset
• Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
• Analytical thinking with good numerical sense
• Sound PC skills and Chinese word processing
