Job Title: Business Manager<br><br>Job Description:<br>We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Manager to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships while expanding overseas payment channels such as local digital wallets, international payment institutions, and foreign card acquiring services.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>1. Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, expanding overseas payment channels, such as overseas local wallets, overseas payment institutions, foreign card acquiring, etc.<br>2. Formulate and implement business strategies to ensure the achievement and exceedance of sales targets, and lead the team to achieve performance growth.<br>3. Analyze market dynamics and competitor information, provide data support to adjust business plans, and enhance market competitiveness.<br>4. Coordinate internal resources to ensure the smooth progress of projects and promote cross-departmental cooperation and communication.<br>5. Regularly report business progress to senior management and propose improvement measures to optimize operational efficiency.<br><br>Requirements & Skills:<br>1. Associate degree or higher, preferably in a business-related field.<br>2. Experience working in a payment company, familiar with Visa and MasterCard payment is preferred.<br>3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing complex client relationships and developing a long-term customer network.<br>4. Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for daily business communication.<br>5. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to perform effectively under pressure.<br><br>Compensation:<br>Basic Salary: 17，000–25,000/month+Performance Commission<br>Performance Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on performance<br>
