Plan Coordinator (Social Worker) [Job Number: CIIF-SW-03/2026]
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead diverse activities/supervision/referral services to the community, responding to their personal needs and promoting social capital construction
Write activity reports and attend meetings
Planning regional promotion and publicity services, discovering and connecting residents
Register participants, conduct personal/family assessments, and if necessary, conduct home visits
Actively discover and connect community volunteers and resources
Manage plan websites, social media and healthy circle communities
Data analysis
Requirements & benefits:
Must be a registered social worker
Have good writing and expression skills in Chinese and English
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Preference will be given to those with social welfare organization work and community service experience
Actual salary will be determined by qualifications and experience
Working 44 hours per week; five and a half days shift work, including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
