Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the store environment is clean and tidy, maintain sanitation standards, and provide customers with a comfortable shopping and dining experience.
2. Strictly enforce food quality management and occupational safety guidelines to ensure that all operations comply with company regulations and legal requirements.
4. Coordinate the daily work of the store's various departments to ensure smooth operations, and be responsible for daily receiving, counting and inventory management.
5. Process customer complaints and cooperate with promotional activities to enhance customer satisfaction and brand influence.
Requirements:
1. Secondary school graduation or relevant work experience, those with 5 years or above retail or food and beverage industry store management experience are preferred.
2. Hold a recognized health manager certificate, familiar with food safety standards and relevant laws and regulations.
3. Have good communication skills and team leadership skills, be able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental affairs and solve problems.
4. Familiar with computer operations and POS cash register systems is better, able to quickly adapt to modern management tools.
5. Have recruitment and training experience, be able to conduct interviews, onboarding guidance and continuous on-the-job training, and promote employee development.
