Large model testing engineer

<p>Main responsibilities:<br>1. Design test cases, establish automated testing and execute for product applications developed using large language models and Agent technology;<br>2. Analyze test results, summarize and categorize problems, and propose improvement suggestions;<br>3. Collaborate with algorithm and data teams to track and solve model performance and accuracy issues;<br>4. Participate in the iterative optimization of model training and application to ensure product quality;<br>5. Write and maintain test documents, record test processes and results.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Strong self-motivation, good stress resistance, and entrepreneurial passion, able to adapt to rapidly changing entrepreneurial environments and proactively solve problems;<br>2. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields;<br>3. 2-4 years of testing experience on large models or related fields;<br>4. Familiar with the basic concepts of machine learning and deep learning;<br>5. Have the ability to write automated test scripts, familiar with Python or other programming languages;<br>6. Understand common testing frameworks (such as pytest, unittest, etc.);<br>7. Stronger analysis and problem-solving skills, good team spirit. <br><br><br>1. Have experience in processing large-scale datasets;<br>2. Familiar with cloud computing platforms (such as AWS, GCP, etc.);<br>3. Have good English communication skills.</p>
