Hong Kong Cookie Quartet Co., Ltd. sincerely recruits a senior food machinery maintenance technician to be responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of the company's food production equipment to ensure the smooth operation of the production line. As a key role in the company, you will play to your strengths in a challenging work environment and contribute to the group's sustained development.

Your job

• Timely detection and resolution of equipment failures to minimize production interruptions
• Record equipment maintenance and repair status, provide technical reports
• Participate in equipment upgrades and automation projects, provide professional advice
• Assist production department personnel in equipment operation training
• Implement 5S management and safety standards (such as lockout-tagout LOTO, high-altitude work regulations)
• In accordance with company policy, ensure a safe and hygienic work environment

We expect you to have

• Diploma degree, majoring in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related fields
• Have food manufacturing or medical, pharmaceutical and other related industries, with at least 3 years of mechanical maintenance and repair experience
• Have relevant technical certificates (such as A-class electrician's license)
• Familiar with mechanical/electrical system principles, able to operate testing tools (such as a multimeter, vibration analyzer), and familiar with production equipment operation or maintenance procedures
• Good problem-solving skills
• Work detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and able to effectively complete tasks under tight deadlines
• Good Cantonese writing and communication skills
