Bank Operation Officer / Settlement Officer

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Perform daily operational tasks in a dynamic business environment.</strong></li><li><strong>Prepare and review team documents and records.</strong></li><li><strong>Implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.</strong></li><li><strong>Manage settlements and client assets with various service providers.</strong></li><li><strong>Support sales teams in providing client care.</strong></li><li><strong>Liaise with regulatory bodies and service providers to ensure smooth operations.</strong></li><li><strong>Assist management with special projects as needed.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.</strong></li><li><strong>Operational experience in a financial industry is preferred.</strong></li><li><strong>Familiarity with settlement systems is preferred.</strong></li><li><strong>Knowledge of finance or accounting is a plus.</strong></li><li><strong>Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are advantageous.</strong></li><li><strong>Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.</strong></li></ul>
