2. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensure high conversion rate from initial contact to onboarding, and shorten the vacancy period.
3. Not just passively waiting for resumes, you need to actively search for talent through LinkedIn, job boards, industry groups, and talent banks in a "headhunting" style.
Interview and evaluation
1. Conduct initial interviews and phone screenings, accurately evaluate candidates’ competencies, motivation, and cultural fit with the company.
2. Work closely with the hiring department to provide professional interview feedback and assist department managers in making accurate hiring decisions.
Job data analysis and optimization
1. Monitor key recruitment indicators (such as recruitment cycle, pipeline effectiveness, interview pass rate), and regularly output recruitment reports.
2. Optimize recruitment language, job description, and interview process based on feedback data to improve recruitment efficiency.
Employer brand building
1. Communicate the company's values to candidates during the recruitment process and maintain a positive candidate experience.
