Duties include:
1. Responsible for handling office daily administrative affairs, including file sorting, document archiving, meeting preparation and recording, etc.
2. Proficient in various office software, complete document writing, data sorting, report production, etc.
3. Assist in handling basic accounting-related work, such as invoice processing, account reconciliation, and reimbursement assistance
4. Assist with annual accounting and auditing and communicate with accountants
5. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor
6. Mainly work from home, occasionally go out to a bank branch, do online banking operations, etc.
Position requirements 1. High school or college degree
2. Familiar with Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin fluent) and English reading and writing, can handle daily office communication 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software operations
4. Have basic accounting knowledge, those with relevant work experience will be given priority (e.g. LCC certificate)
5. Work carefully and meticulously, have good communication skills and collaborative awareness, and strong sense of responsibility
