Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the cleaning of utensils, dinner plates, bowls, cups, etc., ensure that food residues and stains are thoroughly removed, and strictly follow the cleaning process and standards to ensure that tableware is clean and hygienic to meet the relevant requirements and ensure customer food safety.

2. Disinfect the cleaned dishes, effectively killing any bacteria or viruses that may exist, ensuring dish hygiene and safety; at the same time, keep the disinfection equipment running normally and inspect and maintain it regularly to ensure the best disinfection effect.

4. Assist in cleaning the kitchen sink, drain and its surroundings, keep the dishwashing area clean and tidy, and provide a good kitchen working environment; at the same time, be responsible for handling kitchen waste, regularly cleaning the trash can and keeping it clean to prevent bacterial growth and unpleasant odors.

Requirements:

1. Applicants with relevant dishwashing or kitchen work experience will be given priority, those with no experience will also be trained and hired.

2. Familiar with the process of cleaning and disinfecting tableware, with basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety awareness.

3. Work seriously and responsibly, hard-working and patient, and have good team spirit.

4. Able to adapt to a high-intensity work rhythm and maintain a good work attitude.

5. Need to wear a clean work uniform, maintain personal hygiene, and follow kitchen management rules.
