• Direct report to Marketing Director and assist in overall strategic planning and comprehensive multi-channel sales and marketing campaigns.
• Support the team to implement marketing campaigns and sales pitching to ultimately drive the property's revenue.
• Identify and develop relationships with potential business partners, including but not limited to OTAs, to expand market reach.
• Perform competitive market analysis and research on the latest wellness technologies and paradigms to provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
• Execute ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned to push forward business.

Requirements

• Bachelor or above degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of marketing and sales-related experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Enthusiastic and ambitious individual with business senses and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Self-driven multitaskers who are able to work under pressure and pay attention to details.
• Outgoing with great communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Station in Hengqin, China, and after completing the management trainee program, adjustments can be made based on the actual situation, and it is possible to work in both locations.
