<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead technical pre-sales solution design for Huawei optical access products (FTTO, machine vision, fiber sensing, etc.), including requirements analysis, technical alignment, solution customization, and proposal development.</p></li><li><p>Analyze industry trends (e.g., smart manufacturing, smart city) to identify customer pain points and deliver scenario-based solutions.</p></li><li><p>Conduct technical workshops, product demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) testing, addressing technical inquiries and providing end-to-end optical access architecture recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Support major project bidding, collaborating with R&D and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and competitiveness.</p></li><li><p>Monitor market demands and competitive dynamics in optical access (especially emerging fields like machine vision and fiber sensing), providing actionable feedback for product optimization.</p></li><li><p>Build industry benchmark cases with partners, enhancing Huawei’s leadership in optical access through technical summits, whitepapers, and thought leadership.</p><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements :</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Optoelectronics, Computer Science, or related fields;</p></li><li><p>3+ years of pre-sales/technical support experience in optical communications.</p></li><li><p>Deep expertise in optical access technologies (GPON/10G PON, OTN, fiber sensing) and familiarity with Huawei products (e.g., OptiXstar, AirPON) is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience in machine vision, IIoT solutions, or AIoT integration is a strong plus</p></li><li><p>Adaptable to travel and high-pressure environments.</p></li><li><p>Preferred: Huawei HCIE or equivalent; experience in large-scale projects.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.</p></li></ul>
